If you use our services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity and all references to "you" include that entity. These Terms supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements regarding your use of HiredSwift.

When you create an account, purchase services, or authorize us to submit applications on your behalf, you consent to all conditions in these Terms. This agreement governs all interactions, submissions, transactions, and services provided via HiredSwift’s platform or representatives.

Important Notice

If you access or use HiredSwift on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that entity. Both you and the entity are jointly and severally bound by these Terms.

Limited License to Users

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the HiredSwift website and services for their intended purposes, in compliance with these Terms. This license does not grant you rights to:

You retain all rights in your own submitted content, but you grant HiredSwift permission to process it as required to provide our services, including submitting job applications on your behalf according to your authorizations.

By providing User Content, you represent that it is accurate, not confidential, and you have all required rights to submit it. You acknowledge HiredSwift is not liable for errors or omissions in your materials or for human error in handling them, and you agree we may use your content to operate, improve, and deliver our services.

License Grant to HiredSwift

By submitting User Content, you grant HiredSwift a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, and distribute your content solely as necessary for providing and improving our services, and communicating with you—always in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable law.

  • Delivering managed job application services and coaching
  • Managing, reviewing, and submitting your applications at your request
  • Communicating with you about account matters
  • Providing customer support

6Prohibited Activities

To keep HiredSwift secure, fair, and reliable for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

We monitor our services and may investigate suspicious activity, and we encourage users to report any violations of these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

    Including employment, privacy, and intellectual property laws, rules, or regulations.

  • Restrict or inhibit anyone's use of our services

    Any actions that impair the use or enjoyment of HiredSwift for other users, or expose us to liability.

    No uploading or transmitting viruses, spyware, or other harmful, unlawful, or disruptive code or content.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access

    Do not bypass security measures or attempt to access restricted data, features, or user accounts.

  • Collect or harvest personal information

    Strictly no scraping, harvesting, or unauthorized collection of personal or account details from HiredSwift or its users.

  • Impersonate others

    You may not impersonate HiredSwift, its staff, another user, or any other person or entity.
